How long do I have access to the courses?
All courses have a 1 year access. This is to both encourage your completion, as well as discourage sharing ad infinitum.
Can I receive a refund?
Due to the nature of digital products, there are no refunds. The Discord group can be cancelled at any time if you are on the month-to-month subscription.
What are the live answer hours for the Discord community?
We are working on extending these hours due to the large spread of timezones we are adding. As of now, we will be online for questions and discussion Monday through Friday from 10AM EST to 7PM EST (7AM PST to 4PM EST). Your are welcome to leave DM questions and we will answer them in the Morning.
How do References work for a job application?
Provided you have passed all lessons and tests in the Tier 3 course (this will apply to future software courses), you can add Shane as a professional reference. He will be available to talk to your potential employer and describe the course requirements in detail. This will give them a clear understand of your knowledge and how ready you are.
What other software will you cover?
We plan on adding Rhino, Sketchup, Lumion, D5, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign as well as connections between. If there is a specific software youre interested, please let us know. While we develop the courses, you can always ask questions in the Discord Community. Additionally, please check and subscribe to the youtube channel, where we are posting on various software in our snippets and Tips of the Week.
